E-Design Service

Do you want a more affordable option to work with an interior designer? Do you live out of state or in a remote area? Do you wish to hire a designer for a project and have the flexibility to purchase items at your own pace? Do you prefer the convenience of working with a designer online?

Then this service is for you! Although the communication will be through e-mail, you will still get the personal touch that we provide to make your space beautiful, functional, and uniquely yours.

This package includes 1 hour of revisions. Any additional revisions will be subject to $100 an hour.

What's included in E-Design?

floor-plan

A floor plan of the space to scale. This is a layout of the space that helps you visualize the flow of the room and where to place the furniture.

inspiration-board

An inspiration board which includes quality images and links to all materials, furniture, art, wallpaper, accessories, rugs, lighting, tile, flooring and anything else necessary to complete or finish your space.

Fabric swatches if available and needed sent directly to your home.

Paint sample swatches (8x10) sent directly to your home.

E-Design Client Contract
The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms of agreement, scope of work and the schedule of payments agreed upon by each party. The design concept and implementation shall include all interior spaces as described in the scope of work, below.

Terms of Agreement for Nicole Black Design E-Design Services
• E-Design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.
•Client agrees to provide full information regarding the client’s requirements for the project.
• Nicole Black Design will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care, and the orderly progress of the E-Design project. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a complete design to be submitted back to client.
• Nicole Black Design will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction fabrication, delivery and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier, or other person performing the work on the E-Design project; or for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.
• Nicole Black Design cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for E-Design project.

Fee & Payment Terms
• Fee: For the E-Design package, Nicole Black Design shall receive a fixed fee of $500.
• Payment Terms: Full payment shall be made upon submitting this agreement.

Client Expectations
• Responding in a timely matter (within 48 business hours)
• Purchasing products
• Executing the design

Step Two: Provide Visuals

The following is a checklist of the visuals Nicole will need:

  • Overall room photo
  • 1 photo each for walls A, B, C, and D
  • Room sketch with measurements
  • 5-7 inspiration photos
